This new 3-Phase stator kit is a drop in replacement for the stock Single-Phase stators and regulators that are typically used. The advantages of 3-Phase are numerous, but the main ones are: MUCH better low rpm output and MUCH LESS heat build-up in the stator windings.
You will see a battery that is charging at idle or a hair over idle which is unheard of using standard Single-Phase systems. You can use ANY aftermarket flywheel, and output is depending on flywheel used between 38-42A.
The Super Heavy Duty regulator/rectifier was designed specifically for American Twins. It is capable of handling up to 50A of alternator output all while keeping internal and external temperature down. Our well designed heatsink gets rid of internal heat to the housing quickly and efficiently, making for a very reliable unit. The kit is easily installed and comes with a full one year warranty!
